Audio and raw transcripts permanently deleted after coach approval. Only summaries are retained.

Compliant with Hong Kong PDPO and Singapore PDPA. Consent built into the session workflow.

Role-based access

Coaches see only their clients. HR sees programme metrics, never session content. Coachees see only their own data.

Data residency
