We built Human-Capital.ai because the best coaches deserve better than 50% take rates and imposed methodologies.

The coaching industry forces a false choice on exceptional practitioners: join a platform and lose both your economics and your independence, or stay independent and lose access to the institutional clients who need procurement cover. Neither option serves great coaching. We built a third way.

How we select coaches

Selection is part art, part science. We look for sector fluency, peer credibility with financial services leaders, a coaching philosophy that holds high support and high challenge simultaneously, and — above all — the integrity to ask for help when an engagement needs it. Credentials set a floor. Demonstrated impact is what matters.

How the partnership evolves

As outcome data builds across the platform, we use it — transparently. We will share what the data shows about programme performance. We will be direct about what is working and what is not. The coaches who thrive here are the ones who see that honesty as a feature, not a threat.

Entry is by invitation. Continuation is by performance. We will be honest with you about both.
