The coaching industry forces a false choice on exceptional practitioners: join a platform and lose both your economics and your independence, or stay independent and lose access to the institutional clients who need procurement cover. Neither option serves great coaching. We built a third way.
We publish our take rate because transparency is part of our value proposition. What you earn reflects what you deliver — not what a platform decides to keep.

Credentials set a floor. Demonstrated impact is what matters.
As outcome data builds across the platform, we use it — transparently. We will share what the data shows about programme performance. We will be direct about what is working and what is not. The coaches who thrive here are the ones who see that honesty as a feature, not a threat.

Part 01 / The Coach Platform

Open the platform and see exactly who needs your attention today. Each coachee shows live signals for Sessions, Actions, and Engagement, so you walk into every conversation already prepared.

After each session, three structured summaries are generated automatically: key themes, action items, and what worked vs. what to improve. Edit inline. Approve when you're happy. The raw transcript is then permanently deleted.
