Human-Capital.ai was founded by two practitioners who have spent their careers inside the institutions they now serve.

We have seen, firsthand, the difference that the right coach makes at a critical moment in a leader's career. We have also seen how rarely that match happens — and how much is lost when it doesn't. Human-Capital.ai exists to close that gap: a platform that combines rigorous curation, fair economics, and intelligent infrastructure to make exceptional coaching accessible to the leaders and organisations who need it most.

We are not building AI to replace coaches. We believe AI is the missing infrastructure for human connection — the tool that removes administrative weight, sustains momentum between sessions, and makes the impact of great coaching measurable for the first time. While others are building platforms that substitute algorithms for human practitioners, we are building one that gives exceptional coaches the conditions to do their best human work.

Human-Capital.ai is not a marketplace. We build a curated bench of exceptional practitioners and provide the infrastructure that allows them to do their best work — while giving People Leaders the visibility they have never had.

Every engagement begins with four-way contracting: the senior leader, their HR sponsor, their line manager, and the coach align on goals before any work begins. This is not bureaucracy — it is the architecture of trust.

AI handles session summaries, structured reflection, and programme-level outcome tracking. It does not replace coaching. It removes the administrative weight so coaches can focus on what only humans can do.

We select coaches the way great firms select partners — through networks of trust, direct assessment, and evidence of impact over time.

We are not a directory. Every coach on Human-Capital.ai was invited because someone in our network could vouch for their work with senior leaders in financial services. Selection is part art, part science.

The Founders

Masha Feigelman

Co-Founder · Human-Capital.ai

Masha spent over two decades as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, working across Europe (based in London), US (based in San Francisco) and Asia (Based in Singapore). She led the European startup and scale-up practice, the Organisation practice in Europe, and served as Global Leader for Restructuring and Transformation in Healthcare. Since leaving McKinsey in 2020, she has advised venture capital firms and their portfolio companies on leadership and organisation design.

She co-founded Human-Capital.ai because she believes AI is the missing infrastructure for human connection, not a substitute for it. While others are building platforms to replace coaches with algorithms, she is building one that gives exceptional coaches the tools to do their best human work.

Krisztina Anspach

Krisztina spent over a decade as a Managing Director at BNP Paribas Global Markets, leading teams across London, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and Australia. For the past eight years she has worked as a leadership advisor through Admired Leadership® Asia, partnering with more than 50 top-tier financial services organisations and advising over 1,000 leaders globally. She works extensively with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and private equity firms — the exact world Human-Capital.ai is built to serve.

She co-founded Human-Capital.ai because she believes the best coaches deserve better infrastructure, and the best leaders deserve better access — and because AI, used well, is what finally makes both possible.
